While we do our best to ensure returns and refunds are easy for you, we have certain limitations in order to meet our business and contractual obligations. Returns, refunds or cancellations may also vary from product to product or category of products, and in those cases, it might be mentioned in the product description itself. However, if nothing is mentioned, the following policies are applicable for all return or refund or cancellation requests.
What Can be Returned
- You receive a defective or damaged product.
- You receive a wrong product or one that is different from what you ordered.
If you have any of the above issues with your order, then mail us at [email protected] with your Order Number within 7 days of your order delivery date. We will provide full refund as Store Credit.
What Products are non-Returnable?
- Food products like Chocolates
- Items that have been used, worn, washed or soiled
- Bulky décor items like statues, metal decor, paintings.
- Bulk festive made to order items
Terms
- All items to be returned must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
- In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the item via any other courier. We will refund the full courier amount.
- We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you. We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in return Transit
- We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale.
- Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.
